We offer 7 days money back guarantee to all USA companies only. Individuals from USA are NOT eligible for refunds when they buy the product on their own name and NO company information is used. Corporate email is required for refund to companies.
Companies who purchased templates without seeing samples and you are dissatisfied with our product, you will receive a full refund if you cancel your purchase & return the product within 7 days of buying the templates. You will not receive refund after you have requested sample documents and have decided to buy templates after it.
Instructor led Training Class:
No refund is given after registration is received. Cancellations are not permitted (with the exception of severe injury to the attending student). Rescheduling within the seven days will be assessed a $300 penalty.

Supremus Group reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes at any time due to operational needs. Should a class be cancelled or rescheduled, the student may ask for and be granted a full refund for the price paid of the class. Supremus Group reserves the right to remove a student from a course or courses at any time for any reason.
