1) Send us an email at Bob@training-hipaa.net stating that you are willing to offer five free templates to your member organizations.

2) We will set up an online form and any members of your association who is interested in receiving the full template suite for $1200 for free will fill up the form.

3) The offer expires in 30 days after association send out first information mailer/email to all the member organizations informing them about the offer.

4) Based on entries received, we will select organizations who will receive templates at no cost. We will send the final list to association.

5) Within 15 days of receiving templates, we will send them product suggestion form and testimonial form to winning members which they have to fill up and send it back to us. (required to register the product in company's name)
